Washing your car
« on: March 13, 2016, 08:55:10 PM »
As the sun was out, blue sky and it was warm, thought it was a good idea to wash the car  :azn: not been washed for a while, big mistake
Hoovered, cleaned windows, wiped the inside down, then started on the outside, starting from the top of roof, gave Matilda ( car name )  a jolly good washed ( wheel trims included ). Put everything away and about 2 hours later went to start the car.........battery flat not sure what caused it but luckily my neighbour 2 doors down  came and gave my car a jump start, saving me to call the breakdown out. kind man he is
I get up, go to work and survive another day .

Did you leave your radio and disco lights running maybe. Their were reports in your area of Des O'connor meets Tiny Tim music disturbing the peace?
Take care and please keep posting however small or large you can manage, we need them.

The keys were in the house, my luck if I had left them in the ignition, the doors would have locked or something  :azn:
