Lost my wife and soulmate

I'm 52 and lost my wife last year , 10 months ago , will be starting councelling finally next week , sleep is still a real problem and pretty much going through the motions , finding distractions etc.

Welcome to the forum. So sorry to hear if your loss.

I lost my wife just over ten months ago and I have been having counselling for some time. I find that it's not a quick fix but it does give me a chance to go through my thoughts and explore different ways of looking at things rather than turning everything into guilt and unanswerable questions.
