Hi, I'm Cath. I lost my partner 4 weeks ago. suddenly. Lost without him. So alone. Heart broken . There are some desperate moments.

Hi and welcome.it is a sad and difficult road ahead.I lost my husband five years ago and finding this site was a godsend. This is a lovely friendly place everyone has lost somebody and are all at different stages of this grief journey.cry together and sometimes laugh together too,None of us wanted to be doing this but we can at least help each other along.please post again whenever you feel ready.
