I don't think I'm grieving...

Mum died suddenly in June. I was so matter I'd fact at the time. Now I feel broken. When am I going to feel complete again?

It will take time, its a rollercoaster of emotions but in time it gradually gets easier to cope xx
Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.

Sorry to hear about your mum Rosieposie.

There are no rules and timescales to grieving. We all do it differently but in a way that is normal for us. Perhaps you have taken longer to get over the initial shock and disbelief and this has delayed your grief till now.

Things will get easier for you  over time but none of us know how long this journey will take.

Hi Rosie.  Grieving is a long process, I'm afraid.  We never feel the same again, but in time we learn to cope better.  We have good days and bad.  Sending hugs. Penny x
