So sorry to hear of your loss - it is such a difficult thing to bear.  I have found that this forum can provide a space to share feelings that sometimes its difficult to express to friends and family and the great thing about it is we are all in the same situation, the details may be different but we truly understand what grief and loss feels like. It can be hard for people who haven't had that experience to fully understand so the forum can be a massive support.  Take care of yourself.

Sorry for your loss Jackie, I found the forum a God send when I first started to (try ) to come to terms with my beloved Carolyns death. Keep posting, you will get lots of support here.

Hi Jackie.

So sorry to hear of your loss. you must be feeling so lost and alone at the moment. I know I was a month after losing my wife. It's a long journey you are now on but hopefully the support you find on this forum will help you as it has helped (and still is helping) me.
