Still moments

3 years on and moments still catch me. 
Sat on train, skimming through Facebook and see its a friends anniversary.  This is my dad's friend, I used to play at their house when I was little. They're celebrating their anniversary, and in the post she mentions they remember those they love and mention my dad - they met because of my dad. There he is in the photo.
And first time in a while I'm sat fighting back tears (can't mess up my makeup!! Great day ahead)

  its one of those split things,on the one hand we don't want them to be forgotten,but on the other hand its a shock when someone does something like that.

It is karena, I was so happy to see them mention him,  and to see him,  but then it overflowed into a massive feeling of missing him and just wanting him back
