Has anyone been to a spiritualist church

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever been to visit a spiritualist church. I've been told they are a bit like a church but they sing songs and not hymns and they have a medium who talks and gives messages. I would love some kind of piece of mind or sign as I don't feel like I'm coping very well at times. Has anyone got any experiences in this?
