Hello, I’m not sure where to start? It’s been 8 weeks since my husband passed away suddenly aged 46. I feel so lost and lonely

Welcome to this forum R and may I offer you my very sincere condolences for your very sad loss.

Please make a post when you are able to telling the group a little about yourself and your husband, writing down feelings and emotions bottled up inside will help with your healing I promise.

So sorry for your loss sending you a hug my husband died 10 m0nths ago I am so lonely and sad without him we were married for 65 years. Also my son died at the age of 42 years his anniversary is coming up next week life sucks
