I'm so sorry, I reccently lost my Dad and so my mum lost her soul mate. It is painful I know, I remember having no idea how to cope right after my Dad died, I still don't really know but it does get better. Remember to show you self kindness you deserve kindness so much right now, let yourself cry it's okay. Let yourself shout and be angry, do what ever you need. I still take days for myself where I sleep in and watch Netflix or movies and it's okay that I'm still not okay. This process takes time. Sending you love and understanding xx

Sorry to hear if your loss. Three weeks is hardly time to take what has happened. Coping in the early days of loss was something I couldn't manage at all. I didn't eat, couldn't open a letter, some days I didn't even get up.
Just take it one day, hour or even minute st a time if you have to. Make it through the days. Slowly you will begin to cope.
Wishing you strength.

Sending a hug
I totally agree with mindfulbutterfly, taking a day for yourself really helps throughout the grief journey, even later on. In the early days there may be loads of these, we just need to take little baby steps. On really bad days just do hour by hour, it hurts but you can do this and we're all here  xx
