It has been two years but I have found myself struggling since Christmas if I am honest .

 :hug: :hug: :hug: so sorry about the loss of your daughter that must have been so very painful for you I  think things do catch up with us especially if, as is natural we focus on distraction,are not able to talk about the loss or have some useful fount of all wisdom telling us to move on  -and even without all  that its a roller coaster journey and we find ourselves back at the bottom of the pit often when we least expect it.
