:hearts:thanks Emz, I don’t know what came over me last night, I just had a huge wave of nostalgia and got really down and crying my eyes out, I love my new home and I’m starting to feel settled but it’s bound to happen that way I suppose,  :hearts:

It does, tends to come out of nowhere and wash over us which is pretty exhausting.  Be gentle with yourself  xx

Have you had any help with your sleeping?  That will take its toll on you.
It's such a hard rollercoaster journey, it can move ever so slowly but does get easier

That's really good about the chatting at the local shop, I know how much that must have taken. Dont let that experience put you off, people can be strange. Mind you, perhaps she has an anxiety herself and it overwhelmed her? Its hard to know whats happening in other people's minds, we often immediately think its something we've done but more often than not it isnt related to us atall. Think of it as a study of human behaviour and keep experimenting with getting chatting with people

Hope that has made sense - hard to get the meaning into text sometimes xx
