Title: Hi I'm new to this site and very recently lost my mum

I'm reaching out for some support from other people who have experienced the loss
Of a loved one... my mum passed away very recently.. and I don't have anyone who I feel I can really talk to.. people don't know what to say to me.. or say things I really don't want to hear and what doesn't help....
