Hi everyone
I've found myself here after the loss of my husband in May 2016 to Brain Cancer. Whilst i've tried to come to terms with this, i'm finding it harder than ever, but can't handle face to face counselling. Hoping this support group will help.

:hug: sending you a warm welcome.Its a bit of a roller coaster ride is this grief journey, not a steady climb out of despair but a lot of sliding on slippery slopes.Quite often we -and those around us understimate how long it can take before you start to feel more able to cope with and adapt too a changed life.in which the hole loved ones leave behind never fills, but we build a web of a life around it.
