Struggling after 7 weeks

My name is Anne.  My husband died 7 weeks ago after a sudden heart attack.  He was 72.  I am really struggling to cope.

  it is really hard getting through these early days grief takes longer than many people imagine it will and each time we grieve the things we thought we knew the feelings and emotions we went through the last time are different again. Be kind to yourself take one hour at a time one day at a time and talk (write) on here whenever you want. My husband died from a stroke and just the act of writing here as well as the replies and people reaching out made a big difference we are all at different points on a journey we never wanted to be on but support each other along the way.
