Hi I’m new to this, I lost my mum to Acute Myloid Leukaemia three weeks ago today. The funeral was last week and now I just feel empty. I’m experiencing physical symptoms of grief such as palpitations shortness of breath and exhaustion, anyone else had this? Please advise many thanks.

Feeling exhausted is very common, there's so many emotions to process and often sleep is disturbed or not as restful as it could be. Palpitations and shortness of breath is often a sign of anxiety and panic attacks - where we take such shallow breaths when panicking, you start to hyperventilate.  If you slow your breathing and ensure you're breathing deeply it should pass, but if it continues may be helpful to have a checkup with the dr  :hearts: xx
