Title: Feeling a bit of a muddle

Hello, this is my first attempt to seek support since losing 3 family members in the space of a year - the most recent being my dad over the weekend.  I just feel like I was just managing to stay afloat after losing my nan then the father of my children but now dad.  I don't know whether I'm coming or going but I do know I feel terribly sad. Just reaching out and taking comfort reading your posts. :)
