Hi my name is Jane and I’m 55 years of age. I have recently lost my true soulmate in very traumatic circumstances, and I am struggling to make sense of what’s happened.

 :hug:Also sending you a welcome hug. I did find writing here helped me to make some sort of sense of what happened -but its a long slow process I,m afraid.Please dont hesitate to come here whenever you need to vent or have a question -we are not trained counsellors just ordinary people also trying to come to terms with grief but we will be here as long as you need us.

My sincere condolences Jane, after two and a half years I still struggle sometimes as you do now. We all know and understand how hard it is.
