Hi my name is Emma, I’ve recently lost my mum (august)  unexpectedly and quite honestly have no idea what to do with myself or even what I’m meant to post about in here, however, I’m willing to try just about anything.

There are no set rules for the forum, some people have started threads they use like a diary to write to their loved ones, or a place you can come to share experiences with others, some like to have somewhere to go to have a general chat. Some people write poems.

It depends on what you need, but everyone here has lost loved ones and understand, which can really help alot on this journey
