Title: Hi, I lost my mum in March & my Dad in May

My Mum passed away in March & my Dad in May.
I go on from day to day and feel that I'm coping but every now and then I'm overwhelmed by feelings of loss, and for no particular reason.

It's hard to deal with loss so close together. It's early days on the journey, be gentle with yourself xx
