I’ve lost my mam and dad exactly 4 weeks apart.

I’m already devastated at losing my mam and dad  but I’m now on lockdown and not being able to see my daughter and grandkids  is soul destroying. I’m desperate. 😢😢😡😡💔💔

Sorry to hear about the loss of your parents. Both of mine are gone too, so I know how you feel about that. Sending you a hug. I suppose sadly not being able to see other family members face to face in person is something we are all going to have to adjust to now for a while. It does make you feel very alone, but you are not, as we are all in the same boat during this horrible crisis and will simply have to make do with telephone and video calling until the danger recedes. This will not last forever and must and can all support one another through these unprecedented trials. We have to. You will come through this, hard as it seems. We all will. Stay strong.
