Hi everyone

Thank you for accepting me back here, I dip in and out.

Would it be ok to talk about something here which I don't know is related to my Mum's death or not? I don't want to bore the backside off everyone but I feel so alone and need to talk.

Hi Sarah - welcome back. :hug:lots of things are related to our grief it can very much affect how we handle other things that are not directly related - and thats fine to write here too  - You can send me a private message outlining what is bothering you  if you are worried about putting it on the open forum initially- or just write it -  we can always move it if there is a problem but chances are there wont be. :hug:
