Hi my name is Cathy im 47 I lost my lovely partner to lung cancer in January! I didnt realise how complicated grief was!!

Hi Cathy,

Yes, it’s a difficult thing to get your head around isn’t it. It can affect so,many different parts of your life in so many ways. It may or may not help at all, but I have always felt that grief is the coin with which we pay for all the good times we had. I hope you start to get a handle on it soon!
