Bad day

It has been 9 months since I lost my mum, I have good days, but today I sobbed my heart out and now feel drained with a headache.  I was out and had to go to the toilet as all I wanted to do was cry.

Sending hugs.  We do need these release our emotions every now and then.  It's good to have a good cry.  Hope tomorrow is a better day for you. xx

Every now and then we seem to have a day that's worse than our new normal. I guess we build up a reservoir of sadness and it has to be emptied when it gets too full.
