It is so difficult, especially if we had a routine.
You could consider whether you could see a friend at those times, something to change the routine if you are finding that time really tough in particular
If you find yourself alone during those times, you could consider something like a diary, one which you could spend time writing into, 'telling' your mum the things you want to say - whether thats how you feel, or writing about your day, what has happened etc
