1st time posting about my son

On July 4th of this year, I lost my precious 20 yr old son, Ty, to suicide. I've never participated in any online forums. My world has been shattered and turned upside down. I'm hoping to find support from other people experiencing grief. I also lost a husband to suicide in 2008 and my mother to an overdose last year. I wonder how much can one person take?

Im sorry to hear of your losses,  there are members who have lost loved ones in tbe same circumstances on here so you will get the support you are needing xx

I lost my 29 year old darling son James on the 29th June. The pain is unbearable. He died very suddenly and unexpectedly . Although he'd been in hospital he'd recovered and was due to be discharged home 2 days later. I feel like I am being choked with grief.
