why do daft  songs do that - not only that why with all the music out there why do us dafties hone in on them, while most of the rest fades into a cacophony of noise ( omg. i sound like my mum )

ITS FRIDAY  plan for the weekend -more pond construction, steal next doors ladder and clear a gutter, cook a peanut butter, broccoli and chilli dish i just found the recipe for.Any more sugestions anyone ?

Hooray for Friday!!!  Im having a bit of a focus on personal development today at work, so enjoying it. 

Im debating whether to suggest popping out for a curry tonight (we have an amazing local Indian restaurant).  Going to do some study tomorrow morning and in the eve a friend and I are going to see our friends 80's band. Think I'll also spend some more time doing some nail art xx

Well, yesterday pretty much went as planned.  Did some study, did daisies on my nails, watched a film in the afternoon then my friend and I went to see the band in the eve. Had a fun time and a few ciders :-)
Sky is clear blue this morning so definitely need to do some outdoor stuff!

Well the pond is about dug so going to line it with old carpet then order a new pond liner.re using the old one is going to be too tricky so will use that later to make a bog area.Need to move climbing frame and slide and set up raised beds maybe not today its very cold,meanwhile watching. Documentary on animal rescue in za.

Well done with the pond :-) I've not been quite as productive but I have managed to go through my jumble of scarves,  sorted them out and now have them tidily hanging from a scarf hanger, within my wardrobe. And had a sort through my shoes, have one pair to rehome (I can't kid myself any longer I'll ever be able to walk in them or have anywhere to wear them!)
Had nice play in the sunshine with Raz.  Now starving and wanting some dinner!

I have a pair of red and white platforms from the 70,s chances are I won't ever wear them again or be able to walk in them but they do stand out in the row of trainers and flip flops that take up the rest of my shoe space if only to remind me there was once a time I was young

Well, over half way through the working week now, phew!  Today's funny story, working from home and think that I'll sit on the bench outside for a while during lunch, make the most of the sunshine whilst also giving my dog chance for a wander round.  Within a couple of minutes my dog decides to run over to pee on the side of the bench (despite my protests) and I had to jump up quick before he peed on me!! Cheeky monkey peed across the side on to the seat!  So was short lived sunshine for me after rinsing the bench!

Was feeling a bit flat earlier so popped to the shops to pick up some more hot choc, (I'm almost out and its fab hot chocolate, from lakeland) and ended up coming home with a couple small packets of thorntons chocolates, big box of yogurt sachets for my easiyo, and a tub of honey roasted seeds!!  Oops!  Oh well, could be worse I guess!

Hope the day has been kind to everyone, and nobody was peed on lol! Xx

No I can safely say I havnt been peed on,but my dog is sulking with me cos I got the vet to come and microchip him yesterday.I think the sulking is more a case of let's pretend to sulk and see what treats she comes out with.
Also feeling flat today can't blame the weather  though its been sunny and quite warm for a change,should have got chocolate too.Got a new kindle book so I think a bit of escapism is in order.

Hi All,
Obviously you will have missed me been very busy unfortunately the passed two Friday's pm been to two friend's mother's funerals - so emotions have been all over the place!  Busy in work and a lot on with my father in law and his care at the moment.  On-Line in work so not on long do get in and seen lots going on.  I am looking forward to the BUK Meet up in Bristol and meeting all those who I met in Liverpool in December and also new friends.  Emma great post about Sleep will take on board some of the tips - thanx - Norma have a lovely day today.  Take it one day at a time you lovely people and look after YOU!
