I think I'm over it now for the time being - I've closed Spotify down. I seem to go through times when I just want to torture myself - what a sad lot we are eh....

You've got the first time of each of the anniversaries behind you Brian and hopefully like me, after each one you found they weren't as bad as you thought they were going to be. I'm like you about Christmas now and I can't wait for it to be over.

I'll add my good wishes to yours, hope everyone here can find at least a little peace and perhaps some comfort from a happy memory or two
